Refund policy
Returns
If you’re not happy with your order for any reason, please let us know within 30 days and we’ll make it right. If we did something wrong, we’ll send a return shipping label at no charge.
If you simply changed your mind or ordered the wrong product, we’d appreciate if you would cover return shipping. For US orders, you can request a prepaid return label from your account at https://account.everyamp.com and we'll deduct $7.50 for the cost of the return label from your refund amount.

For international orders, including U.S. territories or APO/FPO/DPO addresses, you can request a return from your account at https://account.everyamp.com, but we are not able to provide a return label due to the required customs forms. Please ship returns to the address above.
Shipments that are returned to sender will be refunded minus the return shipping cost that we are charged by the carrier.
Refunds
We’ll process your refund minus shipping costs within 48 hours of receiving it. If a return has not been received after 30 days, the return request will be cancelled.
Warranty
SnapPlates have a one-year warranty on parts. If a part fails due to a manufacturing defect, we’ll replace that part at no charge. If a part fails due to an accident, vandalism, car wash, or other test of strength that’s not our fault, we offer low-cost replacement parts for current customers.
