If you’re not happy with your order for any reason, please let us know at email@example.com within 30 days and we’ll make it right. If we did something wrong, we’ll send a return shipping label at no charge. If you simply changed your mind, we’d appreciate if you would cover return shipping. If you choose to return your order for a refund, we’ll process your refund minus shipping costs within 48 hours of receiving it.

SnapPlates have a 180-day warranty on parts. If a part fails due to a manufacturing defect, we’ll replace that part at no charge. If a part fails due to an accident, vandalism, car wash, or other test of strength that’s not our fault, we offer low-cost replacement parts for current customers.
