Update, not even 2 weeks did I have these on. Now my custom license plate, custom frame, & these custom wings..are all missing because they fell off. There went about $600 of registration down the drain because of some cheaply made $60 wings, that should've cost $5, that shouldn't even be sold..because the **** holes are printed too small so they don't allow you to tighten good enough to your vehicle. Now I had to file a police report & go to DMV for lost plates. THANKS! 😠😡🤬
Sorry to hear about the trouble here.
It sounds like it's possible that the screws you used weren't long enough to accommodate the wings and a license plate frame at the same time and still leave enough threads left to secure everything. Though, I am skeptical that both screws would give up at the exact same time, so that makes me think it might have actually been theft.
I understand that the last thing you changed was the wings and that's what feels like the most obvious thing to blame and neither of us has a way to know for sure, but I just wanted to offer that perspective and an apology for the hassle.
They look cool from afar, but up close it looks very cheap..even knowing they're 3D printed, the quality is poor and has blemishes. Not worth anywhere near the $60 price. Temu has similar for $5. 🤷
I ended up getting this for the rear of my vehicle. They make and sells a "low" variant that's actually meant for rear plates with a longer "arm" section of the bat wing to accommodate and not block registration tags, however I personally didn't quite like the look with the skinny arm, so instead I opted to nab the high variant and just modify it with a Dremel to remove the inner part of the bat wing, and it's perfect.. It has the vibe I wanted and has enough clearance to not block the registration stickers, though to note, it may still interfere with the edges of your license plate number which may get you pulled over, so be wary of doing a modification as I did, however the final license plate of my new car only has 5 digits, so it fits perfectly between these batwing without interfering with the plate number and hopefully not earn the ire of police.

I had to get longer license plate screws to attach them. Home Depot sold the black nylon 20mm universal screws and they were a perfect fit and match. Highly recommend.
