This company has outstanding customer service. When we experienced a problem with the.Snap plate that we received I contacted the company and the problem solved the issue with us. The immediately sent out a new part and a prepaid return label so that I could return the one that wasn’t working. IThe new part was received very quickly and we are very happy with the end result.
