Thank you for your excellent customer care.
Immediately sending me a replacement when the USPS lost track of the package was outstanding service. It arrived in two days -- faster even than initially indicated by USPS
tracking info.
The phone mount is easy to install, and works great. Solid construction, and looks like it is an original part of the Rivian dashboard. The magnetic mount's multi swivel design provides excellent flexibility in placing the phone where I want it.

I just received my phone holder and was really impressed. It’s a really clean install and looks great. Very secure,

The install is simple but prone to mistakes. So read the instructions, watch the video, and if is not happening realize you’re doing it wrong.

The magnetic mount comes with an adhesive metal ring if you have a case workout a magnet in it.
