There's a catch though, very few battery packs have the two features you need to enable it, pass-though charging and no power button. Zendure has this and more covered in a slick all-in-one package - the X6.

You just tap the button three times to enable hub mode, connect the USB-C cable to one of your Model 3's USB ports, connect your flash drives to the hub ports, and connect your phone dock cables to the other two ports. It's amazing (and rare) that this one device can handle it all.
