I was frustrated that Tesla did not have a place for a front license plate required by law. Nor did they have an option to buy one. This was an easy to install option and looks great! took 5 minutes.
The bracket was easy to mount on the front of Model X. The new bracket design leaves the front camera with good visibility. And it leaves the front end of the car free from strip tape or scrwe holes. This is helpful if you ever sell the car to someone in a State that doesn't require a front plate.
The 2026 Tesla Model X has a new forward facing camera that makes the prior design of the Snapplate unusable. The new design is an elegant solution. I was worried that the placement restrictions posed by the camera would create an unattractive installation but it looks great. The installation is super easy and the locking/unlocking mechanisms are precise and easy to operate. Kudos to Easyamp for a superb implementation.

Great solution to an unacceptable design by Tesla. We asked Grok how to attach the front license plate tag (required by law in the State of Texas) to our new 2026 Model X and one option was a “ZIP TIE”. Upon further search we found Snap Plate and it works great.

The holes for the license plate screws weren't perfectly perpendicular to the plate, but that ultimately didn't matter
